Mrs. Crowley Rites Tuesday
Resident 57 Years; Born in Ireland

Funeral services for Mrs. Catherine Crowley, widow of Jeremiah Crowley and mother of State Rep. Leo D. Crowley, who died yesterday afternoon, at the home of her son, William A. Crowley, 109 North Perry ave., will be held at that address at 8:30 o'clock Tuesday morning and at St. Mary's cathedral at 9 o'clock. The Rev. James Garrahan will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary's cemetery.

Mrs. Crowley, a widely known Peorian, was born in Cork county, Ireland. She had been a resident of Peoria for 57 years and was married to Jeremiah Crowley here in 1883. Mr. Crowley died in 1903. Mrs. Crowley was a member of St. Mary's cathedral.

Surviving are three sons, Leo D. Crowley, William Crowley and Michael B. Crowley, all of Peoria; two daughters, Miss Maria Crowley of Peoria, and Mrs. Edward J. Duffy of Chicago; three sisters, Sister Mary Angela of Denver, Colo., Sister Mary Margaret of Pocatella, Idaho, and Sister Mary Joseph, and 12 grandchildren.

Friends may call at the William Crowley residence after 4 o'clock this afternoon.
