seesaran: ROSABELLE Dr. Age 81 of #4 Allan Lucky Street, La Romaine died on 14th October, 2009. Wife of the late Isaac Seesaran. Daughter of the late Francis & Amelia Sampath. Sister of Roy Sampath of USA. The late Dr. Martin Sampath, Dr. Angus Sampath (USA), Dr. Hugh Sampath (Canada), Ronald Sampath (USA), Annabelle Allamby (USA), Christabelle Zoba (USA). Loving aunt of many. Funeral takes place on Tuesday 20th October at the Susamachar Presbyterian Church, at 10am and thence to the Shore of Peace for cremation at 1pm according to Presbyterian Rites. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Lady Hochoy School (Penal).

Roy was born on November 23, 1917, in Faizibad, Trinidad. A long-time resident of Fort Lee NJ and a microbiologist by training, he was best known for his community activism and advocacy. He is survived by his wife Gloria Merle (nee Latchman), a daughter Elizabeth Deborah, a granddaughter Tracey Suter, brothers Angus, Hugh and Ronald, sisters Annabelle Allamby and Christabel Zoba, and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive condolences on Saturday August 21, 2010 at the Frank A. Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home, 327 Main Street, Fort Lee, NJ from 11 AM-12:30 PM, with a memorial service immediately following.
